Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing and using the TeCaSi web application and associated domains (including but not limited to ecm-tek.com, ecmtek.net, and ecmtek.io), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Also, when using these particular services, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will be considered acceptance of this agreement. Please do not use this service if you do not agree to abide by the above.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the TeCaSi web application and associated materials for both personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may:

  • Use the materials for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, including public display and distribution.
  • Modify or copy the materials as needed for your use.
  • Create derivative works based on the materials.

However, you may not:

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TeCaSi's website.

This license is exclusive to the user and may not be resold or transferred to another party. Upon terminating your use of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Output XML Use

Permission is granted to use the output XML files generated by TeCaSi for commercial purposes. Users can freely utilize the generated XML files in their business operations and projects without any additional licensing fees or restrictions from ECM Tek LLC.

3. User Data

TeCaSi stores user data to provide a personalized experience and improve service functionality. While we implement robust security measures to protect user data, ECM Tek LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access, data leaks, or breaches. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and any activities that occur under their account.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on TeCaSi's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. ECM Tek LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, ECM Tek LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. PII and PHI Prohibition


Users are prohibited from entering any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) into the TeCaSi system. This includes but is not limited to, information that can identify an individual, such as names, social security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive data. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.

ECM Tek LLC assumes that all data entered into the system is "test data, " not real or sensitive information. ECM Tek LLC is not liable for any data entered into the system, including but not limited to PII or PHI. Users are responsible for ensuring that their data complies with this policy. Any policy violation may result in the termination of your account and access to the service.

6. Limitations

In no event shall ECM Tek LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TeCaSi's website, even if ECM Tek LLC or an ECM Tek LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on TeCaSi's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ECM Tek LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. ECM Tek LLC may change the materials on its website at any time without notice.
